Your responsibility • Advising the client, planners and authorities on all questions of monument protection and monument preservation • Processing building applications • Assessment of planning in townscape protection areas • Accompanying renovations and conversions of culturally significant monuments worth preserving at the cantonal level and protected cultural monuments • Creating restoration concepts with active involvement of necessary experts and accompanying the subsidy processes • Mediating monument preservation concerns and building culture • Participating in the further development of processes, communication and stakeholder management Your background • University degree in architecture, ideally an MAS Monument Preservation • Professional experience in construction consultancy for various stakeholder groups and monument preservation • Committed, winning and professionally well-networked personality • Strong communication skills, empathy and transparent action • Driver's license Cat. With its approximately 35 employees, the Amt für Raumplanung exercises supervision over municipal and regional spatial planning and fulfills the tasks assigned to the directorate in the areas of public transport, monument and townscape preservation as well as noise protection.
