Your missions ###
Attached to the QHSE Manager, you play a key role in the proper functioning of our quality system. You actively contribute to the management of complaints and the continuous improvement of our processes.
As such, you will be in charge of:
• Ensuring the entry, follow-up, and classification of customer complaint files via our QHSE tool
• Monitoring action plans and ensuring their proper implementation
• Participating in the monitoring and analysis of indicators and reports
• Contributing to the identification and updating of legal and regulatory requirements in terms of QHSE
• Ensuring the follow-up of supplier complaints
Your profile ###
• You are recognized for your rigor and sense of organization, and you like to work in connection with different stakeholders.
• You ideally justify a first experience (minimum 1 year) in the field of quality
