Tasks: Active advice and service of the demanding clientele Host for a unique shopping experience Processing of customer orders and complaints Conducting tastings Control of incoming goods, products and data Goods management and presentation (incl. promotions) Compliance with and enforcement of legal and operational hygiene guidelines and regulations (HACCP) Profile: Sales experience in the mentioned area is an advantage Team-oriented, independent, flexible and resilient personality Neat appearance, impeccable manners and positive charisma Fascination for high-quality food Customer- and service-oriented Very good German skills, other languages are an advantage !!IMPORTANT!! The working days and times are not yet defined and will be continuously communicated by the client approx. 1-3 weeks in advance. The working days and times in this assignment are fictitious. The weekly working time for a 100% workload corresponds to 42 hours. You must be flexibly available during the entire time (between 09:00-20:00 including Saturday and Sunday shifts).
