Calculator (m/w/d) in multi-story SF timber construction

We're looking for an experienced calculator (m/w/d) who, from our office in Rüschlikon, includes the entire cost chain of development, production, and assembly costs in detail and thus ensures a solid economic planning of our nationwide construction projects. In this position, you're responsible for the further development of this area. We place great emphasis on scalability, speed, and cost efficiency. Since we map the entire value chain of the construction project, you get a comprehensive insight into development, production, and assembly costs and thus a lot of leeway to achieve the cost optimum. You analyze the current cost structure, taking into account development, construction, assembly, and other relevant costs You take responsibility for creating the cost and budget plans for individual construction projects You identify potential for improvement in the existing cost and process structures You conduct evaluations of reports from the KVP of the assembly sites and product development to achieve the goal of continuous product cost optimization You work interdisciplinarily with the departments project control ling , planning, production, and assembly You create detailed cost plans, forecasts, and presentations and present them to the management You have a successfully completed degree in civil engineering or a similar field You bring a deep understanding of construction and production costs You have several years of professional experience in calculating construction projects, ideally in the prefabricated house industry, multi-story timber construction, turnkey construction, or with GU experience You master the relevant software tools for data analysis and reporting You bring a high level of technical and economic understanding and have a sense of responsibility for economic success
