Your tasks • Is jointly responsible for competent service in the guest area • Resident and guest care • Refined food and beverage service • Creating the Mise en Place • Compliance with hygiene regulations and HACCP guidelines • Cleaning and replenishment work • Assistance with catering and events • Support in the kitchen • Cash handling incl. daily closing Your profile • Training as a restaurant employee EBA, service specialist EFZ or several years of professional experience in an equivalent function • Willingness to work on weekends, events, and catering • A warm and humorous basic attitude • Enjoyment of varied challenges • Good German language skills in word and writing Why Tertianum?
