Your craft ##

• You are responsible for the control, preliminary examination, and processing of accounts payable invoices for the Uetendorf operations in the ERP system and JobRouter.
• You support operational purchasing, particularly in the procurement of cost center goods as well as in data maintenance in the ERP system.
• You process customer inquiries, serve our walk-in customers, and support sales in the creation of offers and recharging orders.
• Your administrative activities also include the processing of delivery notes as well as general tasks for sales and purchasing.

Your foundation ##

• You have a commercial basic education and ideally know the construction industry or the building materials trade (building material, hardware trade, etc.).
• Your way of working is expeditious, reliable, and exact.
• Good knowledge of the MS Office suite is required; experience with the ERP system Navision / Business Central is an advantage.
• You have very good German skills as well as French skills at level A2.
• You communicate at eye level with foremen, construction site personnel, suppliers, and customers, act confidently, and maintain an overview even in a dynamic construction environment.
