Patent Attorney (80%-100%) or Patent Attorney Candidate We are looking for our patent law firm in Oerlikon/Zürich to rejuvenate our team a Patent Attorney (80%-100%) or Patent Attorney Candidate You are entitled to represent before the European Patent Office or have started with the corresponding training. Ideally, you are also a Patent Attorney. You have a university education in engineering, ideally electrical engineering, in physics or possibly in another scientific direction. Your tasks include the entire spectrum of patent attorney activity, i.e., the preparation of patent applications, representation in grant and opposition proceedings, the assessment of third-party intellectual property rights as well as the advice of our clients and support in dispute cases as well as, if interested, advice on trademark, design and licensing issues. We expect high motivation and good communication skills as well as a stylistically confident written way of expression in German and English.
