Tasks

• Care and support: You undertake the professional care and support of people with different needs and ensure that our residents feel completely comfortable.
• Documentation: You carefully maintain the nursing documentation and ensure smooth communication within the team.
• Guidance and support: You accompany new employees and trainees and share your knowledge and experience.
• Individual care planning: Together with the residents and their relatives, you develop individual care plans and implement them.
• Teamwork: In a friendly and respectful team, you work closely with colleagues and other specialists.

Profile

• Completed training as a certified nurse (HF/FH).
• Experience in the care and support of people with different needs is an advantage.
• A high degree of empathy, sense of responsibility, and team spirit.
• Readiness for continuing education and training.
• Joy in enriching the everyday lives of our residents with a smile.
