The Land Registry and Notary Administration of the Canton Thurgau performs versatile tasks for the population in the areas of family, matrimonial property, inheritance, corporate, property, and land registry law. The Grundbuchamt und Notariat Arbon is looking for a Land Registry Administrator as of 1 January 2027 or by arrangement

Your tasks

• Advising customers
• Checking contracts and documents
• Preparation of complex transactions
• Public notarization of land registry transactions as well as certifications
• Validation of the land register

Your profile

• Certificate of competence as a Land Registry Administrator, a comparable certificate, or shortly before completing the corresponding training
• Professional experience in land registry matters as well as corresponding further training
• High commitment and a strong sense of responsibility
• Great flexibility, reliability, and resilience
• Efficient and exact way of working
• Strong communication skills as well as a confident appearance
