The Service informatique de l’Entité neuchâteloise (SIEN) is looking for a IAM Manager SIEN218 SIEN is responsible for the IT of the State and its partners (municipalities, schools, health, social and parapublic sector). It defines the IT strategy with its partners, studies needs, proposes global IT concepts and ensures a set of services for all Neuchâtel public authorities. Your missions As IAM manager, you structure and steer the governance of identities, authorizations and access within the IT department. You manage IAM projects and their deployment, through the different State services and our other client·e·s, while ensuring compliance with the service offering. In addition, you contribute to the supervision of access reviews, as well as to the related audits, controls and remediation plans. As the guarantor of consistency between business needs, security and compliance, you ensure monitoring using dedicated indicators. Your profile Holder of higher education in information systems security, IT, digital risk management or technical architecture, you have practical experience in project management and the deployment of an identity governance and administration (IGA) solution. Knowledge of the Netwrix Identity Manager solution is an asset for this position. Equipped with a good analytical mind, excellent interpersonal skills and ease in communication, you collaborate naturally with the different internal teams. While guaranteeing the quality of the service provided and demonstrating both rigor and autonomy, you respect the set deadlines.
