Your tasks Collaboration or management of studies, preliminary projects and construction projects Development of architectural concepts and designs Preparation of building permit applications Collaboration or management of submissions as well as detailed and working planning Coordination with clients, authorities and specialist planners Depending on experience, independent project management and leadership of the project team What you bring Completed degree in architecture Professional experience in planning and/or project management At least 1 - 2 years of professional experience in Switzerland Good knowledge of Swiss building law and SIA standards Experience in studies, planning and building permit procedures Secure handling of Archicad (2D and 3D) German language skills at least level B2 in word and writing Independent, structured and reliable way of working Teamwork, initiative and sense of responsibility
