Logistics Team Leader Goods Receipt

Are you ready for the next step in your career? We are looking for someone to lead and develop our goods receipt team of around 10 employees and support us in managing our growth.

Your main tasks

You will be involved in the daily operations from the start - and gradually take on the role of deputy team leader:

Logistics: Goods Receipt

• Technical and personnel management, shift planning, as well as the further development of our goods receipt team.
• You ensure efficient and timely goods receipt processes - from receipt through inspection to inventory - while ensuring compliance with our quality standards.
• You will take an active role in day-to-day business, especially during peak times.
• You will identify potential improvements and independently implement optimisation measures.
• You will monitor and manage the relevant KPIs for performance measurement.

Your profile

• Several years of professional experience in logistics, ideally in the e-commerce sector.
• At least one year of leadership experience or demonstrable leadership skills (team leadership, shift supervision, performing leadership tasks).
• Confident handling of digital systems and MS Office.

Clear written and oral communication skills in German (at least level B2).

• Physical endurance that meets the demands of a busy warehouse environment (predominantly standing work, regular movement and lifting).
