To strengthen our team in Kilchberg ZH, we are looking for an engaged, responsible, and solution-oriented personality for the management of our own properties in the cantons of Zürich and Aargau, starting immediately or by arrangement.

In this versatile role, your focus will be on the technical management of our real estate portfolio. You will independently coordinate technical concerns and maintenance work, accompany damage cases, and work closely with tenants, caretakers, tradespeople, and external service providers. Additionally, you will take on administrative and financial tasks and support our team in operational real estate management.

Your tasks:

• Independent processing and coordination of technical concerns, damage cases, as well as maintenance and repair measures
• Organization, coordination, and monitoring of repair, maintenance, and restoration work
• Obtaining and checking offers as well as coordination and accompaniment of external tradespeople and service providers
• Contact person for tenants, caretakers, tradespeople, and other external partners
• Execution or accompaniment of property inspections and acceptances
• Accounts payable processing, invoice control, and recharging of costs
• Processing of debit positions as well as support in the reminder and collection process
• Preparation of heating and service charge statements
• Support and deputy roles in operational real estate management
• General administrative work

Your profile:

• You have completed commercial training and ideally further training in the field of real estate management as a Real Estate Manager with a federal diploma (eidg. Fachausweis)
• You bring several years of professional experience in the independent management of rental properties and enjoy technical issues
• You like to take responsibility, work independently, structured, and solution-oriented, and maintain an overview even with several tasks running simultaneously
• You have very good PC skills
• For property inspections, you have a category B driver's license as well as your own vehicle.
