We undertake the maintenance of products for all our 50 branches and our e\-commerce channel. A key role at the heart of our circular economy strategy. A project in motion: Currently, we are still located in Onnens (VD), but we are preparing for a milestone. Your daily routine in the workshop: Bike\-Ass: From centering wheels to gear adjustment to brake bleeding and chain replacement – you breathe new life into the material and ensure perfect riding fun on asphalt and trails. Guarantor of safe riding pleasure: You carry out safety checks and mechanical adjustments to the millimeter, in absolute compliance with applicable safety standards (safety first!). Repair expert: A fault diagnosis on an e\-bike or a damaged frame? Complex troubleshooting and the replacement of components are no secrets to you. Team spirit: Here we play as a collective. You work hand in hand with the entire workshop team. Manager of your workplace: Top-maintained tools, a clean and safe workshop, and seamless digital recording. You ensure efficiency and smooth processes in your working environment. What we expect from you: You bring sound experience or training in the service and repair of bicycles and e\-bikes. You perfectly master the techniques of gear and brake adjustment as well as fault diagnosis. You are familiar with the various types of bicycles (Urban, E\-bike, road bike, gravel, mountain bike). Ideally, you have mechanical knowledge for the maintenance of tools and workshop machines. You are absolutely enthusiastic about sports (ideally cycling / urban mobility) and practice your sport actively. You are solution-oriented. In the event of a mechanical or electronic problem, you always find a way to settle the matter. You are organized, conscientious, and keep a cool head even in stressful phases thanks to your emotional intelligence. You master German perfectly (ideally native language, at least C1) as well as French and/or English (at least B2). What we offer you: (Small precision: The amounts and benefits mentioned below apply to a 100% workload and will be adjusted accordingly for a part-time workload).
