Your area of responsibility: ###

• You ensure the reliable operation and impeccable condition of our technical infrastructure. This includes, in particular, the areas of electricity, sanitary, air conditioning/ventilation, alarm technology, furniture and real estate, as well as the entire maintenance of building technology (HLKSE).
• You guarantee the professional and efficient troubleshooting of all technical systems and apparatus
• You convince us with your knowledge in the safe handling and professional storage of chemical poisons and gases
• You train our employees in the areas of occupational safety and other technical topics
• You guarantee short-term availability within the framework of on-call service and are at the site of operation within 30-60 minutes

Your profile: ###

• You have a completed technical apprenticeship EFZ (preferably electrical installer)
• You have successfully further trained in the field of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and sanitary (HLKS)
• You are characterized by flexibility, sense of responsibility and teamwork
• A high level of performance and willingness to learn, as well as the readiness to continuously undergo further training, are among your strengths
• You have basic knowledge of MS Office and common PC applications and convince through your organizational and communicative skills in dealing with employees and external agencies
