Their intervention is not limited to the daily monitoring of installations: they advise their clients, study needs, plan investments, and manage renovation projects in their entirety. The position is intended for a person wishing to take charge of various technical projects, from the initial analyses to the acceptance of the works, in environments that must generally remain accessible and functional during the interventions. Your role You take responsibility for several renovation and improvement mandates concerning existing parking lots. Based on the needs expressed by the client and the state of the installations, you analyze the site, identify the necessary works, and participate in the definition of the most suitable technical solution. You take into account the nature of the structure, its use, operational constraints, and the set financial objectives. You prepare specifications, prepare calls for tenders, and analyze the proposals of companies. You contribute to the cost estimation of projects and to the construction of investment plans that may span several years. Once the works are awarded, you coordinate the different stakeholders, organize the construction site stages, and ensure compliance with costs, deadlines, and the expected level of quality. You anticipate constraints related to the use of parking lots and plan interventions in a way that limits their impact on users and operators as much as possible. You also ensure regular communication with clients, companies, representatives, and any third parties concerned by the works. Your role consists of maintaining a global vision of the project, while precisely following its execution on the ground. The projects entrusted to you The mandates mainly concern the renovation, maintenance, and improvement of existing parking lots. They may notably include: the resurfacing of floors and the application of technical coatings or resins; painting, marking, and signage works; the renovation of ventilation installations and technical equipment; second-fix works; specific civil engineering works; the analysis of slabs, overloads, structures, or concrete pathologies; the consolidation or repair of structures; the coordination of works carried out in infrastructures maintained in operation. Each project requires an approach adapted to the site, its level of traffic, and the constraints specific to its use. Your profile You have a background in the field of construction, architecture, civil engineering, or works management. Your career path has allowed you to acquire concrete experience in the monitoring and realization of renovation works. You are able to understand a need, structure a project, prepare specifications, and support its realization until acceptance. Experience in floor coverings, resins, parking renovation, second-fix, structure remediation, or infrastructure maintenance constitutes an advantage. You are comfortable in exchanges with public and private clients and know how to defend your recommendations with clarity. Your approach is technical, pragmatic, and solution-oriented. Autonomous and organized, you know how to follow several matters in parallel, establish priorities, and anticipate difficulties. A technical-commercial sensitivity as well as an interest in the financial analysis of projects will be appreciated.
