Introduction

For an established real estate company in the Basel area, we are looking for a committed and detail-oriented personality as a Real Estate Accountant 100% as part of a confidential personnel search. Our client has its own real estate portfolio and offers a professional, long-term oriented working environment.

Tasks

• Independent management of the accounting for rental properties
• Administration of tenant accounts as well as monitoring incoming payments
• Processing of payment transactions and the dunning process
• Preparation of heating and ancillary cost statements
• Preparation of VAT returns
• Preparation of property statements
• Collaboration on closing activities
• Cooperation with financial accounting and real estate management
• General tasks in the field of real estate accounting

Profile

• Completed commercial training
• Professional experience in real estate accounting
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Experience with real estate software is an advantage
• Proficient German in speaking and writing
• Strong affinity for numbers
• Independent, structured and exact way of working
• Reliable and responsible personality
