Job Description ##

As Senior Legal Counsel, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Draft, review and negotiate different types of commercial contracts (suppliers, IT, marketing, service provisions, etc.);

Advise operational teams on daily legal issues;

Support corporate activities and contribute to certain governance projects;

Intervene on issues related to consumer law, customer claims and pre-litigation;

Provide support on data protection matters;

Participate in certain routine real estate matters and the management of lease contracts;

Ensure coordination with external counsel when necessary;

Identify legal risks and propose pragmatic solutions adapted to business issues;

Collaborate with the different specialized departments of the group.

The Successful Applicant ##

As Senior Legal Counsel, you have the following profile:

• Swiss legal training;

Approximately 8 to 15 years of professional experience;

Excellent knowledge of Swiss law;

Significant experience in a generalist legal role or in a law firm;

Ease in drafting, analysis and contractual negotiation;

Excellent interpersonal skills and sense of service;

Pragmatic, solution-oriented and business-oriented approach;

Fluent French and professional English;

German is an asset.
