Dispatcher

We are looking for a committed and independent personality for our team in Zug as of 1 January 2027.
In this position, you will support the entire team in the administrative area and contribute significantly to a smooth workflow.

What you can achieve with us.

• Dispatching of all technical and infrastructural orders
• Monitoring of ongoing tickets
• Contact person for inquiries and problems (customer requests, outages, etc.)
• Support in maintenance planning
• Appointment management, telephone service
• General administrative tasks

You describe yourself as a service provider and have an entrepreneurial understanding. Positive feedback on your performance motivates you and spurs you on to further top performance:

• Commercial or technical-commercial basic training with several years of professional experience
• Very good IT user skills (MS suite)
• German native language
• Independent and flexible
• Organizational and communication talent
