Now we are taking the next step in digitalization and introducing TopSolid 7. As a CAD-CAM Specialist: TopSolid (80–100 %), you will shape this change from the very beginning: You set standards, automate processes, and get our team ready for the new software. To strengthen our team, we are looking for you immediately or by arrangement.

CAD-CAM Specialist: TopSolid 80–100 %

Your area of responsibility

• Drive the introduction and expansion of TopSolid 7 in our joinery
• Create parametric 3D models and constructions
• Build and maintain libraries, templates, and standards in TopSolid
• Automate recurring processes, e.g., configurators, bills of materials, cutting lists, and data transfers to ERP and production
• Train and support employees in project management, AVOR, and production
• Work closely with product development, AVOR, CNC department, IT, and our software partner

Your profile

• Technical basic training at HF, FH, university, or ETH level, in wood technology, mechanical engineering, or construction
• Experience with TopSolid V6 or V7 or with comparable 3D-CAD/CAM software (e.g., Inventor, SolidWorks, or similar) and the willingness to deepen your knowledge in TopSolid
• Understanding of CNC machining and manufacturing processes, ideally in wood or interior construction
• Great interest in IT, digitalization, and automation
• Analytical, structured, and independent way of working
• Ability to work in a team, reliability, and enjoyment in passing on knowledge as well as acquiring it yourself.
• Fluent German skills, French skills an advantage
