Write an email (< >) - Alfio Fantini - Send Die stamping mechanic Write an email (< >) - Alfio Fantini - Mandated by one of our clients, we are looking for M/F Die stamping mechanic Your profile CFC polymechanic / production mechanic or training deemed equivalent Minimum 2 years of experience in machining (conventional and/or CNC) Mastery of conventional machining (lathe, milling machine, drill, grinder) and/or CNC Comfortable with reading plans, ISO tolerances, surface finishes Good level in metrology (micrometer, dial indicator, ring/plug gauges, column) Basic knowledge in tool selection / cutting conditions and sharpening Use of an ERP/MES and compliance with quality and safety procedures What our client offers you A technical and demanding environment, oriented towards quality and continuous improvement A qualified operator position with a key role in tool performance An experienced mechanical team, with a Mechanical Manager as a reference Your mission Produce and maintain high-performance and reliable tooling, guaranteeing quality, rates and traceability: Machining and fitting of parts and tools according to plans 1st level maintenance on equipment and tooling Dimensional self-checks and traceability of measurements Tooling management, storage and 5S of the workstation ERP/MES recordings (time, statuses, non-conformities) Participation in continuous improvements (QRQC) Seduced by this position?
