In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed person as Fiduciary Mandate Manager (junior) (f/m/d) 80-100 % Your tasks In this varied and responsible function, you manage our mandates autonomously or, depending on your experience, progressively assume more responsibilities. Your tasks include in particular: • Autonomous management of financial and payroll accounting • Preparation of interim and annual closings according to the CO • Preparation of tax returns for individuals and legal entities • Direct contact with clients • Management of social security contributions and cooperation with authorities and insurance companies • Participation in the management and development of the branch Your profile • Federal diploma of fiduciary agent or equivalent training - or you are currently following training with a view to obtaining it • You enjoy contact with clients and are particularly committed to them • You like working in a team, your positive attitude and interpersonal skills are recognized and appreciated • You have a good capacity for assimilation and work in a structured and reliable manner • You work autonomously and responsibly and know how to show initiative and proactivity • You maintain a good overview, even during more intense closing periods • You have a B2 level in German which allows you to communicate simply with your colleagues and management.
