Your tasks * You bear the overall operational and technical responsibility for the customer sites assigned to you in the St. Gallen region * You ensure the smooth technical and infrastructural operation of the properties * Your own team of technical and infrastructural employees is led by you professionally and personally * You plan the assignments of your employees and ensure efficient organization of the work * Repair, maintenance, and upkeep in the areas of electrical, sanitary, heating, refrigeration, and air conditioning technology are planned, coordinated, and monitored by you * External service providers and specialist companies are controlled by you and their services are monitored regarding quality, costs, and deadlines * As a central contact person, you look after our clients and maintain a professional and partnership-based cooperation * Customer orders, malfunctions, and complaints are consistently processed, documented, and followed up by you * You ensure compliance with our quality standards as well as work and safety-relevant regulations * You recognize optimization and additional service potential with our customers * You take on on-call duty within the framework of a regulated model. Your profile * You have completed vocational training in a technical or manual profession * You bring several years of experience in caretaker services, building technology, or facility management * Leadership responsibility is important for this function * Further training in the field of facility management, caretaker services, SiBe, or building technology is an advantage * You possess strong customer orientation and a high degree of responsibility * An independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working characterizes you * You possess leadership competence, assertiveness, and maintain an overview even in demanding situations * You communicate confidently with customers, employees, and external partners * You have good IT user skills * Very good German skills in speaking and writing are required * Driving license category B is required.
