The Dolder Wärmetechnik AG is a visionary SME with around 30 employees and active in the field of heating, ventilation and air conditioning. We plan, develop, produce, install and service sustainable heat pump and ventilation systems - for over 30 years in the highest quality and for an enthusiastic customer base throughout Switzerland and in neighboring countries. Concretely, this means: • You lead and develop our planning team further • The quality and punctuality of our HLK projects are in your hands • From concept to commissioning, you plan actively • You are the interface between project management, assembly and external partners and customers • Standards and processes are further developed and implemented by you What you bring • Training as a building technology planner, technician HF or engineer FH • More than 5 years of experience in building technology planning - ideally with leadership responsibility • High technical expertise and willingness to learn • Hands-on mentality: you get things done • Networked thinking, reliability and structured work • Very good CAD skills • Are you ready to take responsibility with heart and attitude and make a difference?
