Our client is a medium-sized group of companies with an international presence. Successfully operating in different market segments, it combines tradition, innovation, and entrepreneurial strength. For a key role at the interface of financial management and corporate development, we are looking for a technically skilled and initiative personality as Head of Finance In this demanding function, you report to the management, take over the leadership of two employees, and are responsible for the organization of the finance department and its further development. You coordinate the consolidation of the group companies, create well-founded decision-making bases for the management as well as the board of directors, and expand reporting and liquidity management. Additionally, you ensure effective financial risk management. As a central specialist, you coordinate financial processes in Germany and abroad, are responsible for budget and reporting processes, and ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements. Furthermore, you take over the management or participation in projects and remain close to the operational business. For this responsible function, we are looking for an internationally experienced personality with a degree in finance and accounting as well as a business administration training. You have in-depth practical experience, knowledge of SAP, Swiss GAAP FER, and the consolidation of international companies. Ideally, you have successfully initiated and accompanied optimization projects. You think in a networked way, act in a solution-oriented manner, communicate in a forward-looking and clear way, and drive developments independently and with commitment. A very high IT affinity as well as very good German and English skills round out your profile. Additional foreign languages are an advantage.
