Workshop Manager (100 %)
Here is what you will have to do:
You are the contact person for all organizational and infrastructure questions related to the Cheseaux-sur-Lausanne site
You plan and organize the maintenance and repair work of our aerial work platforms and other cutting-edge equipment for your colleagues, and you actively participate in these tasks
You perform quality controls and check equipment professionally and systematically using cutting-edge diagnostic devices in order to detect safety defects and malfunctions
You resolve malfunctions and breakdowns on our rental equipment directly at the customer's site, thanks to our perfectly equipped service vehicles
You manage the deliveries and returns of all elevating platforms on the site and participate in the training of our rental customers in the use of work platforms
You ensure the human and technical management of your colleagues
Here is what you must bring:
Initial training in a mechanical trade, preferably as an automotive, heavy goods vehicle, agricultural machinery or construction equipment mechanic, or as a mechatronics technician
Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics and electronics is an asset
Category B driving license; categories BE and C are an asset
Forklift driving license or willingness to obtain it
Experience in managing a small team is an asset
Very good command of German; a good command of English is an asset
Autonomous, rigorous and solution-oriented way of working
Team spirit and customer orientation, with a passion for the profession in your blood
