Job Information ###### Work location: Baar Workload: Full-time Tasks: You help our customers with questions regarding our applications - via telephone, remote maintenance or directly on site. You introduce new customers to our software and show them how to get the maximum out of it. You plan training sessions and bring your know-how directly to the people. Your profile: You think solution-oriented and stay cool, even when things get heated. You already have support experience or are familiar with business software. Experience with financial or payroll accounting is a great plus. Bonus: You know our industry (cleaning/facility management). You speak fluent Swiss German and can explain well.
