Job Description • Independent planning and execution of electrical projects – from the concept phase to implementation • Preparation of offers as well as continuous cost monitoring and control to ensure economic efficiency • Building and expanding the customer portfolio through active acquisition and maintenance of sustainable business relationships • Close exchange and cooperation with internal project managers and personnel consultants for optimal resource planning • Personnel recruitment, personnel leasing, and personnel placement of specialists within the electrical industry to fill open positions Job Requirements • Completed basic training in the electrical field • Further training as a Project Manager-Electrical is an advantage • Initial experience in project management as well as in the execution of construction projects • Commercial and entrepreneurial thinking as well as an independent and solution-oriented way of working • Knowledge in personnel leasing and/or personnel placement is an advantage • Communicative and advisory-strong personality that can convince both customers and specialists • Proficient German language skills, foreign languages desired • Driver's license category B Has your interest been piqued?
