These are the tasks ##

• Ensuring the trouble-free operation of all building technology systems (compressed air, heating, ventilation, refrigeration and air conditioning technology)
• Responsibility for media preparation and wastewater treatment Planning, organization and implementation of maintenance and repair work Ensuring the supply of media (e.g. gas, chemicals, operating materials)
• Further development and optimization of the building automation system
• Implementation of efficiency and improvement measures as well as use of Lean methods (e.g. Shopfloor Management, 5S)
• Support with investment and infrastructure planning, incl. cost management of your own department
• Technical and personnel leadership of a team of around 15 employees

This is what we wish for ##

• Completion of a degree, or higher vocational training (eidg. FA, HF etc.)
• Several years of experience in building technology or industrial infrastructure
• Technical knowledge in industrial wastewater treatment is an advantage
• Experience in the disciplinary leadership of teams
• Good knowledge of SAP
• Structured, solution-oriented way of working
• Good English skills
• Driving license Cat. B
