Tasks ## Inspection of flat and pitched roofs with regard to the condition of the roof, the roofing, the roof windows and skylights, all sealant joints, and the lightning protection system. Tensioning or weighing of the ballast layers or possible water ingress. Maintenance work such as replacing individual tiles, replacing small parts, aligning garden slabs, renewing sealant joints, removing moss, branches or ingrown plants, weeding flat roofs, cleaning metal connections, roof windows, gutters, downspouts, and drainage shafts.
