For our client from the Lenzburg AG region, an established company with an excellent reputation, we are looking for an engaged and motivated personality as   Machine Operator/ Plant Operator in 2-shift fiber optic cable production (m/f/d) # Employment: 100% Location: Lenzburg Industry: General services Publication date: 30.07.2026 Your activities • Operating: You set up state-of-the-art production and extrusion systems for fiber optic cable manufacturing and operate them independently. • Monitoring: You control the complex manufacturing processes and ensure the continuous supply of raw materials. • Quality: You continuously perform quality controls and precision measurements on the running cable. • Maintenance: Thanks to your mechanical knowledge, you rectify minor malfunctions directly yourself and support maintenance work. • Protocol: You document the production data and material consumption accurately in the system.   Your profile • Training: Completed basic mechanical training (e.g., Production Mechanic EFZ, Polymechanic EFZ, Automotive Specialist EFZ, Mechanic Practitioner EBA) or an apprenticeship as Plant Operator EFZ with a strong mechanical flair. • Experience: Ideally, you already have experience in machine operation (extrusion, winding technology, or cable production). • Way of working: You work extremely precisely, with quality awareness, and have a high technical understanding of fine materials. • Flexibility: You are ready to work in a regular shift operation [e.g., 2-shift / 3-shift / 4-shift]. • Language: You have good German skills in spoken and written form (for operating the touch panels and documentation).   What you can expect • Workplace: A state-of-the-art, clean, and ergonomic production environment with the latest technology. • Security: A crisis-proof permanent position in a growing market (digitization / network expansion). • Induction: Comprehensive, professional training on the specialized production systems. • Conditions: Attractive shift allowances, fair, punctual remuneration, and very good social benefits. • Team: A collegial environment with flat hierarchies and a "Du" culture.
