CBRE's Research & Consulting team is looking for reinforcement at the Zürich location by arrangement as:

Senior Consultant / Associate Director – Research & Consulting Real Estate, (m/f/d), 80-100%

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Collaboration on market and usage analyses with direct client responsibility
• Support of clients in the purchase or sale of special real estate
• Creation of property strategies as well as economic feasibility analyses (Financial Advisory)
• Collaboration on in-house market reports
• Preparation and further processing of data bases and implementation of data analyses
• Collaboration with and support of other departments in relation to market analyses, company presentations and requests for quotations

WHAT YOU BRING

• Master's degree with a background in economics, real estate economics, architecture, spatial planning or similar
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the real estate sector, ideally in the areas of real estate consulting and transaction business
• Interest in complex real estate economic issues and enjoyment of new challenges
• High analytical skills, affinity for numbers, quick comprehension and a structured way of working
• Confident writing and expression style
• Committed and flexible personality, responsible, sympathetic appearance
• Confident in negotiation and style in German and English; French is an advantage
• Confident handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
