Job description

• Responsible for the professional preparation and presentation of all food types according to the menu plan and special requests
• Co-responsible for efficient inventory management
• Compliance with the HACCP concept and occupational safety guidelines
• Proper and professional organization of work within the kitchen service
• Co-responsibility for controlling management, orders, inventories as well as quality management

Desired profile

• Training as a cook EFZ with several years of professional experience
• Proven experience in upscale gastronomy/hotel industry in the à la carte sector
• Deployable at all stations in the hot and cold kitchen as well as at banquets
• Professional and independent working attitude
• Flair for plating and decorating food
• Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays
• A warm and humorous basic attitude
• Enjoyment of diverse challenges
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
