San Marzano is an authentic Neapolitan pizzeria in Horgen, which was awarded by 50Top Pizza as one of Europe's 200 excellent pizzerias. The dough rests for at least 24 hours so that we can optimally highlight its flavor and consistency. All pizzas are baked for between 60 and 90 seconds at 450° degrees in a handmade oven from Moretti Ofen. For our pizzas, antipasti and desserts, we use the best Italian ingredients. We mainly use DOP & IGP foods (Denominazione d’Origine Protetta & Indicazione Geografica Tipica): products with protected designation of origin. To accompany the specialties prepared with great passion, the matching wine pairing from our small but fine Italian wine cellar cannot be missing.
