Job description ##

• Manage telephone calls, schedule appointments and analyze requests, if necessary with the doctor's advice
• Welcome patients, settle them in and prepare them for examinations
• Perform, at the doctor's request, blood tests, injections, blood pressure measurements, weighing, etc.
• Prepare the instruments necessary for medical examinations
• Assist doctors during care
• Enter and update patient files in compliance with data protection
• Handle correspondence (reports and letters dictated by doctors)
• Participate in the entry of services for billing purposes
• Manage orders for equipment and medicines
• Fulfill the missions entrusted to you
• Maintain and develop your skills
• Participate in the continuous improvement of the processes in which you are involved

Qualifications ##

• Medical assistant diploma only
• Experience in a general medicine practice
• Experience in a medical urgent care center (an asset)
• Good command of IT tools
• Dynamic, rigor and efficiency
• Sense of organization and responsibility
• Versatile and flexible (variable hours)
• Team spirit
