MediPersonal is your specialist for the placement of qualified specialists in healthcare. For our valued client in Zumikon, we are looking for a Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH (80-100%) who makes a valuable contribution to nursing with heart, expertise, and team spirit.

Your tasks

• Holistic care and support of patients with various medical conditions
• Planning, controlling, and implementing the nursing process in close cooperation with the interdisciplinary team
• Accompanying and supporting relatives in all nursing-related questions
• Implementation of current quality and hygiene standards to ensure optimal care
• Documentation and evaluation of nursing measures

Your profile

• Diploma as Pflegefachperson HF/FH or an equivalent training recognized in Switzerland
• High degree of responsibility and a patient-oriented way of working
