A company specializing in the design and manufacture of high-end parts is looking for an autonomous, creative, and technically sound Prototypist, ready to intervene at the heart of product development.

Job description ###

You are the artisan of the first piece: the one that validates a concept, confirms an idea, and paves the way for pre-series production. Your role is essential to guarantee the feasibility, quality, and performance of products intended for luxury watchmaking and leather goods.

Your responsibilities

Participate in design reviews and evaluate the technical feasibility of parts

Program 3-axis and 5-axis machining for prototypes and fixtures

Manufacture components and perform the necessary dimensional checks

Define the tooling and fixtures adapted to each machining operation

Collaborate closely with product project managers

Ensure the traceability of improvements and guarantee performance stability

Profile ###

Confirmed experience in 5-axis programming (Mikron HSM 400: a plus)

Mastery of CAM, ideally GibbsCam

Experience in programming complex products: leather goods, watchmaking casing, or multi-component items

Comfortable with IT tools (MS Office)
