To support our team in the Mägenwil region, we are looking for a Property Caretaker AG (m/f/d) 100% per immediately Property Caretaker AG (m/f/d) 100% Your tasks * You independently look after the properties assigned to you and ensure a well-maintained and flawless overall condition. * You carry out regular inspection rounds and ensure the functionality and safety of the properties and technical systems. * You ensure the cleaning and maintenance of the buildings, common areas, and outdoor facilities and carry out regular quality controls. * You carry out minor repair, maintenance, and servicing work independently. * You recognize technical malfunctions and defects early, initiate the necessary measures, and ensure their rectification. * You coordinate and accompany external craftsmen and service providers during their assignments if required. * You are the first point of contact for our customers as well as for users of the managed properties and reliably take care of their concerns. * You document completed work, inspections, and identified defects. * You take on on-call and winter services, thereby ensuring the reliable operation of the properties. Your profile * You have completed vocational training in a technical profession and have already gained several years of work experience. * You possess good technical understanding and manual dexterity. * Independent working and taking on responsibility are particularly important to you. * Reliability, flexibility, and a strong sense of quality characterize you. * You bring the willingness to perform on-call and winter service assignments. * Good German skills, a category B driver's license, and IT skills round off your profile.
