Your tasks • Promotion, education, and accompaniment of the children and adolescents in the residential and leisure areas • Case management as the specialist responsible for coordination and cooperation • Development and promotion of constructive, successful family work in a systemic attitude and way of working • Professionally skilled, transparent, and constructive cooperation in the team and the overall institution • Helpfulness and motivation for self-initiative Your profile • Completed training as a dipl. On weekends and during school holidays, there is a reduced duty roster. A dedicated on-call room is available for on-call nights (sleeping times).
