Scope of work 80-100% Contract unlimited Start date immediately or by agreement Tasks You record telephone and written customer orders in the ERP system You process quality complaints and clarify them internally and inform customers about the current delivery status You care for our demanding customers on the phone or in writing You care for web shop customers and advise them on Transgourmet's self-service options You support internal customers according to the service catalog and processes You recognize customer needs, record them and pass them on Requirements You have completed commercial training, training in customer dialogue or equivalent training You have initial professional experience in a comparable function - ideally in the food and/or gastronomy sector You are skilled in the use of IT tools and digital products and systems (e.g. web shop and apps) German is your mother tongue and you have very good Italian and/or French language skills (level C1) You have excellent written and oral communication skills and express yourself in a style-safe, solution-oriented and error-free manner You have high social skills and work carefully and accurately You have healthy assertiveness and strong stress resistance You are flexible. Our availability is from Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 17:30 and on Saturday from 07:00 to 12:00.
