Tasks

• Responsibility for the bookkeeping and financial management of our real estate portfolio
• Posting of rental income and expenses, service charge settlements, and operating costs
• Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements for our real estate properties
• Accounts receivable control as well as responsible for accounts payable workflow
• General accounting tasks

Profile

• Completed commercial basic training
• Further training in the finance sector
• Knowledge in the Swiss accounting sector
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Very good computer skills (MS Office, Immotop2)
• Efficient, collegial, and exact way of working
