Computer Scientist (100%)

The position in our small IT team offers a wide, diverse and very interesting range of challenges in the field of ICT and requires a broad spectrum of skills and knowledge.

Your tasks:

Digitalization & Project Management:

• Planning, implementation and control of IT projects in cooperation with the management, as well as external IT consultants or system integrators
• Acts as an interface between the various internal departments to adapt the IT solutions to the business requirements and ensures a smooth process of the IT projects

Web & Tools:

• Support, coordination and further development of our web-based tools (websites, congress app, newsletter tool etc.) in close cooperation with our external partners

Technology Management: (In cooperation with the «IT System Administrator»):

• Selection, implementation and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructures
• Ensuring IT security and data protection
• Support and accompaniment of the technical preparation and implementation of our medical congresses on site

Operational Operation:

• Support for the IT System Administrator to ensure operational operation
• Taking over tasks in the area of support & application management

What you bring with you:

Requirements:

• Completed training or studies in the field of computer science with several years of professional experience.
• Understanding of modern IT landscapes and enjoyment in digitalizing processes
• Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft 365 product range
• Sound knowledge in the area of IT infrastructure (hardware, software, networks and security)
• Sound knowledge of the Apple product range (our main platform)? Experience or interest in content management systems (TYPO3, Contao an advantage)
• Proficient in German and English
• An independent, structured way of working, strong organizational talent and
• Enjoyment of customer and team contact
