Service Technician (f/m/d)

Technique under control. Customers in focus. And also liking to roll up your sleeves.
In this role, you are responsible for much more than just repairs. You are on-site at our customers' locations, advise on technical questions, search for solutions during malfunctions, and your appearance contributes significantly to how our company is perceived externally. At the same time, you actively participate in further developing and expanding our service.

Your tasks:
Your daily work is versatile and combines technology, customer contact, and independent work. Your essential tasks include:

• Service and installation advice directly on-site
• Taking measurements on existing heat exchangers for replacement deliveries

Repair and replacement work

• Technical advice for customers, for example on connections and piping
• Troubleshooting and, if possible, direct repair on existing heating and

cooling systems

• Assessment of damage and defects as well as documentation of the situation for the

project management

• Creation of service reports including pressure test protocols and photo-

documentation

• Cleaning, service, and maintenance work on various heat exchangers

as well as wet and dry coolers

• Post-processing and coordination of service orders.

In addition, practical work such as the self-construction and conversion of heat exchangers, pressure tests, damage assessments, as well as certain work related to the workshop and company vehicles, are part of your area of responsibility.

For this task, we are looking for a person with a technical background, for example as a sanitary or heating installer, ideally already with experience in the service sector.
Personally, you convince through initiative, customer orientation, and a sense of responsibility. You work independently, think in networks, and remain solution-oriented even when things become technically more demanding. Teamwork skills, communication strength, flexibility, and resilience are also among the qualities that are important for this function.
