Regional Technical Sales Manager (m/f/d)

GEA Aseptomag AG in Kirchberg bei Bern, a company of GEA Group AG, develops and produces components, systems and plants for the food and pharmaceutical industry. To complement our team at the location in Kirchberg (Canton Bern), we are looking for a Regional Technical Sales Manager 100% (m/f/d) in permanent employment, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Area of responsibility:

• Sales of aseptic valve solutions to international direct or GEA customers
• Business development tasks in a specific region. Building and supporting country organizations, defining and following up on initiatives to further expand the business
• Design of valve assemblies and complete valve systems based on customer requirements and internal standards and their implementation as a project manager
• Creation of process descriptions, preliminary and post-calculation of projects
• Internal and external coordination of customer orders
• Use and updating of sales tools (CRM system, opportunity lists, etc.)
• Support of the sales office and the service department with process technology questions
• Co-organization and implementation of internal as well as external training for aseptic components

Required qualifications:

• Completed technical vocational training or comparable qualification
• If you furthermore have a completed degree FH, HF or a comparable further education, this is a plus
• At least 2 years of sales experience in the international B2B business of technical goods
• Professional experience in the process industry is an advantage
• Very good MS Office and preferably SAP knowledge
• Technical understanding as well as solution-oriented and structured way of working
• Strong customer focus, communication strength, negotiation skills, teamwork and initiative
• Independent and structured way of working
• Very good German and English skills
• Driver's license car
• Willingness to travel approx. 30%
