IT System Engineer*

Employment level: 80-100% Your field of activity <br /> • You administer and support our Microsoft 365 environment with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online as well as Active Directory and take over identity and access management • The support and monitoring of our endpoint, security, backup and virtualization solutions with Microsoft Defender, Arctic Wolf and other platforms is within your area of responsibility, in close cooperation with our external IT partners • Together with the team, you ensure the operation and further development of our network infrastructure based on Cisco technologies and the Cisco Catalyst Center • In infrastructure, digitalization and technology projects, you actively contribute your know-how and participate in the further development of our ServiceNow platform as well as our IT processes • As a technical contact point in 2nd level, you analyze and resolve malfunctions, support our employees with technical questions and coordinate complex topics with external IT partners and manufacturers in 3rd level • Your versatile everyday work is rounded off by the creation and maintenance of technical documentation and standards as well as occasional assignments in the IT hotline, in support and in on-call service <br /> Your foundation <br /> • You have completed training as an Informatiker\*in EFZ Plattformentwicklung or a comparable qualification and bring at least three years of professional experience in the field of system technology or system engineering • You are very familiar with the Microsoft environment and have good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune and Exchange Online • Experience in client and endpoint management is part of your professional toolkit, as are ideally knowledge of VMware, Veeam and network technologies • You are familiar with Cisco network technologies and the Cisco Catalyst Center or are motivated to develop yourself in this environment • IT security topics such as Microsoft Defender or comparable solutions pique your interest and you follow current developments with curiosity • An analytical way of thinking, a structured and solution-oriented way of working as well as a high degree of personal responsibility characterize you • Team spirit, helpfulness and the joy of exchange with internal customers make you a valued contact person • Very good German skills as well as good English skills in spoken and written form round off your profile <br /> Our plus points for you <br /> • Promotion & diverse career opportunities • Health management • Care & support • Varied areas of application • Festivals & team building • Company pension scheme • 25 days vacation plus bridge days • Offers for employees <br /> More about us The ERNE Gruppe connects eleven companies in the construction sector.
