Apply Initial Situation ### For our client, an internationally oriented and innovative company in the field of electrical installation and industrial products related to cables, we are looking for a committed personality as a Product Developer (m/f/d). Here, you do not just accompany your developments on the screen: From the CAD model via 3D printing and initial tests to optimization, you accompany your ideas yourself all the way to the finished product. In doing so, you work in a technically well-equipped environment with a think tank, 3D printers, laboratory, workshop, as well as modern 3D-CAD and PDM systems. Vacancy No. 6691 ## Tasks ### • Planning and implementation of pre-development projects • Evaluation of the technical feasibility of new solutions • Development, design, printing, testing, and assembly of own components • Accompanying developments from the first CAD model to the finished product • Creation of test plans for new products in cooperation with the testing technology department • Continuous further development and optimization of existing products • Implementation of changes according to defined processes • Creation and maintenance of technical documentation • Documentation and evaluation of test results • Ensuring applicable quality standards • Cooperation with internal specialist departments • Support with technical questions and, if necessary, direct exchange with customers Requirements ### • Completed basic technical training as well as a completed degree at BSc or MSc level in mechanical engineering or a comparable field of study • Professional experience in product development and design, ideally in an industrial environment • Experience in the design of plastic components is an advantage • Sound practical knowledge of modern 3D-CAD systems and simulation tools • Proficient use of MS Office • Experience with ERP systems, for example SAP • Technical understanding and enjoyment of practical development work • Independent and solution-oriented way of working IT ### 3D-CAD: sound knowledge Simulation tools: sound knowledge PDM systems: experience MS Office: proficient use ERP/SAP: experience Languages ### German m+s: very good English: an advantage Start Date ### Immediately or by arrangement Work Location ### Schafisheim Special Features ### Here, an idea does not simply remain an idea.
