Industrial Maintenance Technician Missions • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance interventions to guarantee the proper functioning of installations safely. • Repair, maintain, analyze, and improve the entire machine park, including mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical elements. • Quickly identify breakdowns, perform repairs, and minimize interruptions. • Follow current quality and safety procedures. • Analyze the root causes of failures and propose continuous improvements. • Collaborate with production teams to improve machine performance. • Possible travel within French-speaking Switzerland (company vehicle provided). PROFILE • CFC as an automation technician, mechanic-electrician, or Federal Diploma of maintenance agent, with professional experience in a similar position or a title deemed equivalent. • Training as an electromechanic or automation technician and successful experience in industrial maintenance and troubleshooting of at least 5 years (electrical, mechanical, and automation) in the agri-food or pharmaceutical field, a plus. • Available immediately, a plus. • Ability to work autonomously, analytical mind, and solution-oriented. • Versatile, rigorous, proactive, and methodical. • Trustworthy and reliable person. • Able to work in shift patterns. • TIG welding a plus.
