We place the highest value on ensuring that applicants, customers, and jobs fit together optimally For our customer, we are looking for a committed, responsible, and team-oriented personality as Project Manager in the field of ERP & Digitization (m/f) 80-100% [Ref:2788] Your tasks You will introduce Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and continuously develop the ERP landscape You will analyze the requirements of the departments and develop suitable solutions together with implementation partners You will accompany project phases such as process design, testing, data migration, training, and go-live You will ensure stable operation and coordinate master data, authorizations, interfaces, releases, and support You will work across departments with Finance, Purchasing, Logistics, and other teams and optimize processes You will drive forward digitization topics such as Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, automation, and AI Your profile Experience in ERP projects, application management, or as an ERP key user Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or a comparable ERP system Good process understanding in Finance, Purchasing, Logistics, or project business Experience in change management and cross-departmental projects Structured, communicative, and pragmatic way of working Interest in Power BI, Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric, automation, and AI Your opportunity Key role in a strategic ERP and digitization project Active participation in shaping processes and the future system landscape A medium-sized company with short decision-making paths and a lot of design freedom A long-term in-house position without classical travel activity An environment that promotes initiative and new ideas Details about this position Entry possible by agreement Location: Zurich area Permanent employment Part-time or full-time position 80-100%
