With zumsy Birgli in Brienz and zumsy Rosenau in Matten near Interlaken, zumsy ag operates two regionally strongly anchored retirement homes and assisted living services. Around 150 employees are committed around the clock to a high quality of life, professional care and support, as well as self-determined living in old age. As part of the realignment of our leadership and organizational structure, we are looking for an experienced and committed personality as of immediately or by arrangement as: Head of Hospitality/Infrastructure 80-100 % Your main place of work is the retirement home zumsy Birgli in Brienz; regular presence at the zumsy Rosenau location is part of the function. What you do • Cross-site leadership of the Hospitality/Infrastructure department in technical, personnel, organizational and economic aspects. • Ensuring a high quality of service in catering, housekeeping, cleaning, laundry, technology, security and service • Responsibility for budget, resources and cost control as well as participation in investment, maintenance and infrastructure projects • Further development and standardization of processes, standards and working methods at both locations • Active participation in the management board and contribution of the hospitality/infrastructure perspective to cross-departmental decisions and projects • Assumption of site coordination in Birgli, in particular as a contact person for residents, relatives and external agencies as well as coordination of room occupancy What you bring • Higher professional or business qualification in an area relevant to the function, • Several years of leadership experience in a comparable function, as well as experience in change and project processes • In the absence of leadership experience at management board level, appropriate leadership training or the willingness to complete this promptly • Good business understanding, especially in the areas of budget, cost control, procurement, maintenance and investment planning • Strong service orientation and good understanding of the interaction between living, catering, housekeeping, infrastructure, security and quality of life • Integrative, resilient and decisive leadership personality with motivating and appreciative communication • Driving license category B and willingness for regular presence at both locations What awaits you • A versatile leadership task with broad scope for design and decision-making as well as direct influence on the quality of life and service of both houses • Committed managers and employees in two traditional and regionally well-anchored houses • Work where others go on holiday Would you like to learn more about zumsy ag?
