Your tasks

• Ensuring the optimal supply of the company with externally procured goods for the assigned supplier group
• Technical deputy for the Head of Purchasing
• Obtaining offers and implementing purchasing orders
• Controlling, monitoring and entering order confirmations
• Conducting supplier meetings and maintaining relationships
• Project-specific support for the Head of Purchasing
• Coordination of change notices as well as interface function between purchasing and change management
• Creating and monitoring framework agreements (volume contracts)
• Various administrative tasks (document management, master data maintenance etc.)

Our requirements

• Technical basic training with corresponding commercial further training or commercial basic training with a technical flair
• Purchasing experience in a production company
• Very good MS Office and ERP system knowledge
• Impeccable German and good English skills are mandatory (other languages are an advantage)
• Team-oriented and resilient personality with good negotiation skills
• Responsible and independent way of working
